2 Fee will be applied to all foreign currency transactions and cash withdrawals. Conversion method: Conversion from transaction currency to an ILS account will be calculated according to the representative exchange rate recorded by MAX at the time of processing the transaction. Should a representative exchange rate not be acknowledged by the Bank of Israel, the conversion will take place in VISA cards, as follows: from transaction currency to USD according to the rate determined by VISA International, then to ILS according to the representative rate at the time of processing the transaction by MAX. |
